Psychotherapy
I offer both individual psychodynamic therapy and couples emotionally focused psychotherapy.
You might be feeling disconnected from yourself, in your relationship, or with others, or perhaps you're struggling to live authentically. Setting boundaries might feel difficult, or you could be caught in repetitive relational patterns that no longer serve you, or that you don’t fully understand. It’s also possible that past wounds are resurfacing, affecting you presently. I provide a safe, welcoming space where we can gently explore your inner world. Together, we can start to organize emotions, embrace both the known and unknown parts of yourself, and foster self-compassion, acceptance, and empowerment.
My approach is integrative and psychodynamic, tailored to your unique needs. I incorporate trauma-informed care, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational trauma repair, emotionally focused couples therapy and somatic awareness to guide you toward self-empowerment, integration, and healing.
